“So, after an unfortunate and costly , badly executed roofing job from another company, I contacted Rim Country Roofing. The previous company's inferior workmanship caused interior damage to our ceiling, drywall and carpet after a rainstorm caused leakage from several holes in the roof. The other company did not respond quickly to a request for tarping of the roof, so as to prevent further damage, I contacted Rim Country and their response was quick and professional! I explained the situation to Andrew and in a very short time, Trevor arrived and examined interior and exterior and sealed the areas with holes. He also found additional problems that we were not aware of and sealed them also! He and Andrew were extremely professional and responded within hours of my phone call, on what appeared to be a very busy day for them. They went way beyond my expectations on a job that was not going to provide them with financial rewards. The best part, they assessed the problems promptly, came up with a solution, executed that and did not charge me anything! Heck of a deal! These hometown boys came through with another storm approaching and I only wish that we would have gone with them in the first place! Would highly recommend them due to their superior customer service, prompt attention, rapid response and great attitudes!
